    • Write in a journal about the key events of the past 24 hours

    • Offer moral and physical support
    • Participate in exchanges with your environment
    • Reflect on how often you provide support to others
  3. Change Your Relationship with Stress
    • Be mindful not to stress about being stressed
    • Performance improvement is not an end in itself
    • Growth-driven stress is not the same as control-driven stress
